Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the phslots Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. phslots employs technical and manual controls to detect multi-accounting. Upon detection, all associated Accounts may be suspended and balances withheld pending investigation.
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and at all subsequent times when updating your Account details. phslots is entitled to rely on the information you provide. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phslots login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. phslots will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before the daily processing cut-off time. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically credited to the Player's registered e-wallet within minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule. phslots shall not be responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, Bonus Funds credited to your phslots Wallet must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any portion of those Bonus Funds or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn as Real Money. Wagering requirements are calculated on the total bonus amount received. Contributions from different game categories toward wagering requirements vary and are disclosed in the applicable promotion terms.
phslots reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and suspend or terminate Accounts where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting promotional offers through systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract value without genuine wagering intent; registration of multiple Accounts to claim the same offer; or coordination with other Players to abuse a promotion. phslots operates a loyalty points program under which registered Players accrue points based on qualifying wagers placed on the Platform. Point accumulation rates, tier classifications, and point redemption values are published in the Loyalty Program terms accessible from the Platform. phslots reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time with reasonable prior notice to affected Players.

phslots reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably determines that: (a) the Account holder has breached these Terms; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes; (c) continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players; or (d) required by a competent regulatory authority or court order.
You may close your phslots Account at any time by submitting a written request via live chat or email. Upon Account closure, any remaining Real Money balance (net of any pending bonus wagering obligations that have not been met) will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of Account closure will be forfeited.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your licence to access the Platform is immediately revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including provisions relating to prohibited conduct, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue in full force and effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.2.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to them or to the use of the phslots Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and phslots, you agree to first contact phslots via the official support channels to seek an informal resolution. phslots will endeavour to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving a written complaint submitted via email to the address specified in Section 16. If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, except where PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures apply, in which case PAGCOR's procedures take precedence.
